Key Responsibilities:
Provide strategic leadership in building a multidisciplinary research and innovation institution.
Establish high-impact research programmes, Centres of Excellence and advanced research infrastructure.
Build strategic partnerships with industry, government, funding agencies and international institutions.
Mobilise external research funding and drive innovation,



intellectual property creation and technology commercialisation.
Develop postgraduate, doctoral and executive education programmes aligned with industry needs.
Build a high-performing team of faculty, scientists, researchers and specialists.

Ideal Candidate Profile:
PhD in Agriculture, Animal Husbandry, Animal Life Sciences, Biotechnology, Agricultural Engineering, Dairy Technology, Food Technology or a related discipline.
At least 20 years of progressive leadership experience across universities, research institutions, government organisations or industry R&D.;
A distinguished record of scientific achievement, research funding, institutional leadership and industry collaboration.
Demonstrated ability to translate research into practical applications, technologies and measurable impact.
