Role Overview

We are seeking a technical qualified with a Diploma background and 4 to 5 years of hands-on experience in CNC/automation macro programming, component prove-out, and troubleshooting. In this role, you will take ownership of component prove out. create custom interface screen designs, and manage operational documentation using MS Office.

Key Qualifications
Education: Diploma in Mechanical
Experience: 4 to 5 years of proven experience in CNC macro programming, component development.
Software Skills: Proficiency in screen design software (HMI/MMI interfaces) and basic MS Office (Excel, Word).

Core Responsibilities

Macro Programming & Screen Design:
Develop, test, and optimize custom macro programs (G code and parametric programming) for advanced machining cycles.
Design, configure, and customize user interface screens (HMI/MMI) to improve operator efficiency and system usability.




Modify existing logic and parameters to accommodate recent component requirements.
Establish and fine-tune cutting parameters, tooling setups, and cycle times during initial trials.

Documentation & Reporting:
Use MS Office (Excel/Word) to maintain prove-out reports, commissioning checklists, and parameter backup sheets.
Create easy standard operating procedures (SOPs) for newly designed screen interfaces and macro features.

Key Skills & Competencies
Deep knowledge of CNC control systems (Fanuc/Siemens/ Mitsubishi etc.) and macro variables.
Excellent logical reasoning and problem-solving skills for real-time shop floor troubleshooting.
Strong understanding of component manufacturing processes, engineering tolerances, and tooling.
Effective communication skills to coordinate with maintenance teams, operators, and clients.
