About the Role

We are looking for a Business Development Associate who is confident in communication and interested in building a career in sales, business development, client relationship management, and lead generation.

Key Responsibilities
Connect with potential and existing clients through calls, WhatsApp, and email.
Understand client requirements and provide suitable solutions.
Generate and follow up on sales leads and business opportunities.
Build and maintain robust client relationships.
Identify recent opportunities and support lead conversion and sales growth.
Handle client queries and coordinate with internal teams.
Maintain CRM records, lead status, and follow-up activities.
Work towards assigned sales targets and business development goals.

Requirements
Any Degree.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Solid sales, follow-up, and relationship-building skills.
Positive,



proactive, and target-oriented attitude.
Willingness to learn and grow in sales and business development.
Minimum 1–3 years of experience in sales.

Salary ₹15,000–₹25,000/month + Performance Incentives

Preferred: Candidates with prior knowledge or experience in Trading and Client Relationship Management will be given preference.
