We are looking for a detail-oriented 2D Designer to create event branding layouts and production-ready artwork for exhibitions and conferences. The ideal candidate should be comfortable adapting designs to exact dimensions and coordinating with production teams.
Key Responsibilities
Create 2D artwork for backdrops, standees, fascia panels, signage, and branding surfaces.
Adapt approved event identities across venue and exhibition requirements.
Prepare artwork to specified dimensions with suitable bleed, margins, and resolution.
Coordinate with servicing and production teams to confirm sizes and output requirements.
Check final files for alignment, text accuracy, colour consistency, and production readiness.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Proficiency in CorelDRAW, Adobe Illustrator,
or equivalent vector design software.
Solid understanding of layout, typography, scaling, and visual hierarchy.
Knowledge of large-format printing and production artwork preparation.
Ability to work accurately from dimensions, briefs, and reference designs.
Valuable file organisation and the ability to manage revisions within deadlines.
Preferred (Nice To Have)
Experience preparing artwork for exhibitions, conferences, or event agencies.
Familiarity with printing materials and fabrication requirements.
Experience coordinating with print vendors or production teams.
