Job Overview

We are looking for a confident, enthusiastic, and result-oriented Telecaller to join our team in Mohali. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a customer-focused approach, and the ability to engage with potential customers, generate leads, and maintain effective follow-ups.

Key Responsibilities
Make outbound calls to prospective customers and explain the company's products or services.
Handle incoming calls and respond to customer queries professionally.
Follow up with potential customers to generate business opportunities.
Understand customer requirements, address concerns, and convert leads into potential sales.
Maintain and update customer databases, call records, and lead information.
Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly calling and performance targets.
Handle customer objections effectively and provide accurate information.
Coordinate with the sales team to ensure timely follow-ups and lead conversion.




Maintain skilled communication and build positive customer relationships.

Required Skills and Qualifications
Minimum 1 year of experience as a Telecaller, Telesales Executive, or Customer Support Executive.
Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
Good convincing, negotiation, and customer-handling abilities.
Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with MS Excel.
Solid follow-up skills and a target-oriented mindset.
Ability to work independently and manage daily calling activities efficiently.
Positive attitude, professionalism, and willingness to learn.
Candidates available for immediate joining will be preferred.
