Role : AEM Content Author

Key Responsibilities
Create, update, and publish web pages using Adobe Experience Manager (AEM).
Work with AEM components, templates, MSM rollouts, Content Fragments, Experience Fragments, DAM assets, and tagging.
Manage content publishing workflows across Author, Preview, and Publish settings.
Perform content QA, SEO validation, accessibility checks, component testing, and regression testing.
Troubleshoot authoring, workflow, and publishing issues using AEM tools and basic HTML/CSS.
Coordinate content releases, website launches, production readiness, and stakeholder approvals.
Manage delivery timelines, risks, dependencies, SLAs, and reporting.




Mentor junior authors and contribute to SOPs, governance, process improvement, and workflow optimization.

Mandatory Skills
Solid hands-on experience with Adobe Experience Manager (AEM).
Expertise in MSM, Content Fragments, Experience Fragments, DAM, components, and publishing workflows.
Knowledge of SEO, accessibility, web quality, and content governance.
Experience with Jira, Confluence, Agile delivery, and cross-functional stakeholder management.
Solid communication, problem-solving, coordination, and leadership skills.
