Job Description: HR Executives

 Posting of vacancies in Linkedin, Naukri, Apna Indeed etc. zone wise

 Drive Employee referral program  Source potential candidates relavant to the JD.

 Review resumes and applications to assess qualifications and suitability.

 Screening the candidates via - phone, video, or in-person to evaluate skills and fit.

 Coordinate with the concerned HOD/ Zonal Managers / Cluster Managers.

 Extend job offers, negotiate terms, and finalize employment agreements.

 Pre Boarding Documentation.

 Facilitate current hire paperwork and ensure a smooth onboarding process.

 Maintain accurate records of applicants, interviews, and hiring decision in relevant drives

 Cultivate a network of potential candidates and maintain relationships.

 Maintain and prepare the Attrition report of the respective Zones

 Referral data to be prepared and submit to payroll team

 Send Introduction of the Joiner to the Zonal Head with Profile Synopsis
