Knowledge of electronic components
Excellent negotiation and communication skill
Book keeping/Documentation skills
Robust operations experience in receiving & managing stock and inventory
Ability to organize and prioritize multiple tasks.
This is a responsible position, and the person should be active and alert and must have and develop skills for multitasking.
Present weekly and monthly purchase reports to the management.
To coordinate between the Production Department, Stores Department, D&D; Department and the Suppliers. To make regular /daily follow up with the suppliers for the pending material and purchase invoices. To ensure proper outward movement of material from stores.
To review the indents from Stores and Production on a regular/Daily basis. To find recent suppliers to buy in optimum rates and Quality components.
Review the physical stock of all items in stores.
Maintain the list of approved suppliers, service providers & outsourcers.
