Position: Assistant Store Manager – Kids Gaming Center

Salary: ₹28,000–₹32,000 in-hand (Depends on interview)

Job Responsibilities:
Assist the Store Manager in daily operations and overall store management.
Supervise staff and ensure smooth functioning of the gaming center.
Manage customer service and ensure a positive guest experience.
Monitor sales, revenue, and operational performance.
Handle customer complaints and resolve issues efficiently.
Ensure proper maintenance of gaming equipment and cleanliness.
Manage staff schedules, attendance, and performance.
Ensure compliance with company policies and safety standards.

Requirements:
Previous experience in retail, hospitality, entertainment, or gaming center operations.
Positive communication and leadership skills.
Ability to manage a team and handle daily operations.
