Key Responsibilities:
Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the restaurant, kitchen, utensils, and equipment.
Ensure proper table setup and service readiness.
Serve food and beverages professionally and ensure guest satisfaction.
Coordinate with kitchen and service staff for smooth operations.
Supervise stewards, allocate duties, and maintain discipline (Captain).
Monitor stock, prevent breakage, and minimize wastage.
Follow hygiene, safety, and company SOPs.
Qualifications: 10th/12th pass preferred, with relevant hospitality experience.
Required Skills: Teamwork, communication, guest handling, cleanliness, and time management.
