Job Description: Counter Sales Executive – Momo & Fried ItemsResponsibilities:
Greet customers, explain menu items, and take orders for momos and fried snacks.
Handle counter sales of steamed, fried, and other varieties of momos and fried items.
Process cash, UPI, and other payments accurately.
Coordinate with the kitchen team to ensure timely order preparation and delivery.
Pack takeaway orders properly and verify items before handover.
Maintain daily sales records and reconcile cash at shift closing.
Monitor product availability and report stock shortages or wastage.
Maintain counter cleanliness, food hygiene, and qualified customer service.

Requirements:
Positive communication and customer-handling skills.
Basic calculation and payment-handling ability.
Honest, punctual, and responsible.
Previous experience in momo shops, QSRs, or food outlets preferred.
