Job OverviewWe are looking for a detail-oriented Accounts & Finance Executive to manage day-to-day financial operations, maintain accurate general ledgers, handle GST/TDS filings, and assist in month-end financial reporting.
Key ResponsibilitiesBookkeeping & Accounting: Record daily financial transactions, vendor invoices, and customer receipts accurately in Tally / ERP software.
Taxation & Compliance: Manage timely computation, preparation, and filing of GST returns and TDS deductions.
Receivables & Payables: Monitor outstanding customer payments, follow up on receivables, and process timely vendor payables.
Banking & Reconciliation: Perform regular bank reconciliations, maintain cash flow statements, and manage daily petty cash logs.
Audit & Reporting: Assist senior management and internal/external auditors during financial audits and quarterly closure.
