Role: Data Quality Engineer

Location: Pan India – 4 days WFO – NCR and Bangalore preferred

Experience: 5 to 10 years

Must have
Test with complex SQL queries to profile, reconcile, validate, and analyze data across source and target systems.
Perform source-to-target reconciliation and validation for data migrations, system integrations, and onboarding of recent data sources.
Validate data transformations, mappings, business rules, schemas, and data contracts.
Investigate data anomalies and quality issues, perform root cause analysis, to resolve issues at the source.
Valuable to have
Experience in automated data validation rules and test suites for ETL/ELT Testing and data platforms.
Experience in data quality standards, validation rules, data contracts,



and quality thresholds in collaboration with data owners and stakeholders.’
Build reusable data quality and validation frameworks using tools such as Outstanding Expectations, dbt tests, Soda, or custom Python solutions.
Define and document data quality standards, validation rules, data contracts, and quality thresholds in collaboration with data owners and stakeholders.
Integrate data quality checks into CI/CD pipelines to identify defects before data pipelines are deployed or promoted.
Participate in code reviews and contribute to engineering standards, automated testing, and CI/CD practices for data pipelines
