Roles & Responsibilities
Manage end-to-end supply chain operations across multiple plants/locations.
Drive material planning and ensure uninterrupted supply to support production and customer commitments.
Manage supplier performance, capacity planning, and risk mitigation strategies.
Collaborate with procurement, manufacturing, logistics, quality, and finance teams for seamless operations.
Monitor inventory levels and drive optimization initiatives to balance availability and working capital.
Handle critical shortages, escalations, and supply continuity planning.
Handle Imports consignment customs clearance, Good knowledge on applicable duty, coordination with CFT of forwarder ,CHA and Finance and GST
Drive continuous improvement projects focused on cost, delivery, quality, and efficiency.




Build solid relationships with internal and external stakeholders.

General Requirements
Solid experience in supply chain, material planning, procurement, and supplier management.
Positive understanding of manufacturing operations and supply chain processes.
Proven ability to manage critical suppliers and drive operational excellence.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
Excellent stakeholder management and communication abilities.
Experience in ERP systems such as SAP

Education: B.E./ B. Tech (Electrical & Electronics) Experience: 7 to 10 Years
