Key Responsibilities
Finalization of accounts and preparation of financial statements
Pass month-end and year-end journal entries
Support financial review and management reporting
Handle payroll compliance (Forms 940/941) and assist in sales tax filings
Coordinate with clients for routine queries and ensure timely deliverables
Monitor workflow for assigned clients and maintain quality standards




Support onboarding of new clients and assist junior team members
Identify and escalate accounting issues and discrepancies
Participate in trainings and upskill on accounting tools

Qualifications
CA / Chartered Accountant – Qualified or pursuing.
CA Inter candidates are welcome to apply.
CA Dropped / CA Dropout candidates with relevant accounting and taxation experience are also encouraged to apply.
Robust knowledge of US taxation and accounting will be an advantage.
Positive understanding of accounting principles, financial statements, and reconciliations.
Solid analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively with a team.
Candidates with experience working with US CPA firms or international clients will be preferred.
