Key Responsibilities:
• Source candidate profiles using job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, and other recruitment channels.
• Review resumes and identify candidates based on job requirements.
• Understand job descriptions and the skills required for different IT roles.
• Connect with candidates and conduct initial screening.
• Coordinate interviews and follow up with candidates throughout the hiring process.
• Maintain and update candidate information and recruitment records.
• Communicate professionally with candidates and team members.
• Learn about US recruitment processes

Education / Qualification

• Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.
