About Us:

TaxBuddy.com provides US taxation services, offering expert tax preparation services to a diverse clientele, including expatriates. We are seeking specialists who are passionate about tax laws and can provide high-quality service to our US-based customers.

Shift Timings: 9:00 AM - 6:30 PM ( May be required to make calls in US time zones)

Experience Required: 5+ years total (2+ years in tax review, 3+ years at staff/preparer level)

Eligibility:

● US CPA

● EA

Key Responsibilities:
Prepare and review U.S. federal tax workpapers and filings, with direct experience in: Forms: 1040,1120, 1120S, 1065, 1041, 3520, 5471, 5472, 8865, 8858, 8621, 926, 8886, K-1
Ensure accurate mapping of client books into tax software (e.g., CCH Axcess, ProSystem fx, Drake)
Solid working knowledge of: Schedule L, M-1, M-2, Form 4562




Reconciliation of ordinary business income to taxable income
Review and diagnose software-level errors and correct them proactively
Familiarity with U.S. federal and state tax laws, including expatriate and foreign national taxation
Manage and mentor a team of tax return preparers
Prepare complex tax returns
Coordinate daily with U.S. clients via email and calls
Conduct technical training sessions for junior staff
Ensure timely completion and quality review of all deliverables

Excellent written and verbal communication in English
Solid accounting foundation and U.S. tax concept clarity
Analytical thinking and problem-solving ability
Comfort with learning and adapting to tax technology tools
