At Crossroads Digital, we work with a diverse portfolio of brands across real estate, hospitality, education, B2B, lifestyle, jewellery, and events.

What we're looking for:
Minimum 3 years of agency experience handling multiple brands.
Solid skills in content strategy, planning, and creation.
The ability to write compelling hooks, plan engaging carousels, and develop content that captures attention.
Hands-on experience publishing and managing content across Instagram, Facebook, and LinkedIn using Meta Business Suite and LinkedIn.
Experience using AI tools and other platforms to improve content ideation, planning, and workflows.
The ability to manage multiple brands while maintaining quality, consistency, and attention to detail.
