Role Description The Barista role at Block Two Coffee is a full time, on-site position based in Bengaluru. The Barista will prepare and serve espresso-based drinks and other beverages to consistent quality standards, handle food preparation for café items, and maintain a clean, organized work area. Day-to-day responsibilities include operating coffee equipment, managing orders at the counter, processing payments, and engaging with guests in a friendly, professional manner. The Barista will also help restock supplies,



support opening and closing duties, and collaborate with the team to uphold the cafés atmosphere and service standards.

Qualifications
Candidates should possess solid Barista skills, including experience with espresso machines, brewing methods, and beverage preparation.
Candidates should possess Customer Service and Interpersonal Skills to create a welcoming setting and build rapport with guests.
Candidates should possess clear Communication skills for interacting with customers and coordinating with team members.
Candidates should possess Food Preparation skills with attention to hygiene, safety, and quality standards.
Prior experience in a café or hospitality setting is preferred, with a focus on reliability, punctuality, and teamwork.
Ability to stand for extended periods, work flexible shifts, and manage peak hours calmly and efficiently.
