Develop comprehensive project plans, timelines, and budgets; allocate resources effectively to ensure successful project delivery
Lead cross-functional project teams, providing transparent direction, mentorship, and performance feedback to drive accountability and excellence
Identify, analyze,



and mitigate project risks; develop contingency plans to address potential obstacles and ensure project continuity
Manage stakeholder communications and expectations throughout the project lifecycle; provide regular status updates and progress reports
Monitor project performance against key metrics and KPIs; implement corrective actions to maintain schedule and budget adherence
Oversee resource allocation and capacity planning to optimize team productivity and project outcomes
Collaborate with senior leadership to align project objectives with organizational strategy and business priorities
Implement process improvements and best practices to enhance project efficiency and team performance
Manage vendor and contractor relationships to ensure quality deliverables and timely completion
Conduct post-project reviews and document lessons learned to support continuous improvement initiatives
