Job Summary

The PGT Computer Science Teacher will design and deliver a rigorous curriculum that covers fundamental concepts, advanced programming, data structures, and emerging technologies. This qualified creates an engaging learning environment that fosters problem-solving, digital literacy, and academic excellence.

Key Responsibilities
Curriculum Delivery: Teach advanced computer science concepts including Python/Java programming, Data Structures, Databases (SQL), Boolean Algebra, Networking, and Cyber Ethics.
Exam Preparation: Prepare Grade 10 and Grade 12 students thoroughly for school-level, practical, and national/state-level board examinations.
Lab Management: Oversee the computer laboratory, ensuring all hardware, software tools, and networks are properly functioning for practical sessions.
Assessment & Evaluation: Design, administer, and grade periodic tests, assignments, and practical projects to track and report student progress.
Mentorship: Guide students through their capstone projects, coding competitions,



and science exhibitions.
Continuous Learning: Keep updated with changing technology trends and curriculum updates to integrate relevant digital skills into the classroom.

Qualifications & Experience

Classes to be handled-Grade-9 to 12
Educational Background:MCA/ M Sc./ B.E./ B. Tech with 3 years of experience as
a Computer Science Teacher & B.Ed Must.
Experience: Minimum of 3–5 years of experience teaching computer science to senior high school or upper secondary classes.

Key Competencies
Clear Communication: Ability to explain complex algorithms and abstract coding logic in simple, accessible language.
Classroom Management: Proven capability to maintain a productive, inclusive, and focused learning setting.
Analytical Thinking: Robust debugging and problem-solving skills to guide students through coding errors.
