Key Responsibilities:
Lead the procurement function for all real estate and construction-related
requirements
Develop and implement procurement strategies aligned with project timelines and
budgets
Manage vendor identification, evaluation,
and onboarding
Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms with suppliers and contractors
Ensure timely procurement of materials, services, and equipment
Monitor market trends and pricing to optimize cost efficiency
Maintain strong relationships with vendors and stakeholders
Ensure compliance with company policies and industry standards
Lead and mentor the procurement team
Key Requirements:
15+ years of procurement experience in real estate/construction (builder/developer
background preferred)
Robust knowledge of construction materials, supply chain, and vendor networks
Proven track record in cost savings and contract management
Excellent negotiation and leadership skills
Solid analytical and decision-making abilities
