Hiring: Data Analyst Associate

Role Summary:

We are looking for an experienced Data Analyst Associate to support business and operational reporting, data quality, and analytics within Capital Markets Data Strategy & Execution. The ideal candidate should have solid analytical skills, banking domain knowledge, and experience in data validation, reconciliation, and reporting.

Key Responsibilities:
Analyze business and operational data to identify trends, anomalies, and improvement opportunities.
Perform data profiling, validation, reconciliation, and quality checks across multiple data sources.
Develop and maintain recurring and ad hoc reports, dashboards, and KPI metrics.
Gather business requirements and translate them into reporting solutions.
Document business definitions, data mappings, data lineage, and reporting requirements.
Collaborate with business, operations, and technology teams to support data-driven decision-making.
Ensure data accuracy, completeness, and consistency across reporting processes.





Required Skills & Qualifications:
3–6 years of experience in Data Analysis, Business Intelligence, Reporting, or a related field.
1–2 years of hands-on experience in banking operations within at least one of the following areas:
Capital Markets
Lending
Transaction Banking
Private Banking
Commercial Banking
Experience in data profiling, validation, reconciliation, and data quality assessment.
Experience in reporting, dashboard development, and KPI tracking.
Solid analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
Experience gathering business requirements and documenting data/reporting specifications.
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Statistics, Mathematics, Engineering, Business Analytics, or a related discipline.

Preferred Skills:
Proficiency in MS Excel and SQL.
Exposure to Power BI, Tableau, or other reporting and visualization tools.
