Mandatory Skills and Qualifications
ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA).
ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist – IT Service Management (CIS-ITSM).
Strong hands-on experience with Service Catalog, catalog variables, and RITMs.
Experience with Flow Designer, business rules, and script includes.
Proficiency in JavaScript and GlideRecord.
Experience with update sets and configuration promotion across environments.
Robust understanding of ServiceNow ITSM and Incident Management.
Ability to work under strict change control and code-freeze conditions.
Valuable written and spoken English communication skills.
Experience Required
3–5+ years of hands-on ServiceNow development experience.
Experience delivering enterprise ITSM implementations.
Experience in controlled release settings and structured development processes.
Good to Have
ServiceNow ITOM & CMDB Developer or a ServiceNow HRSD
