Job Purpose

To manage branch operations, drive business growth, achieve sales targets, and ensure portfolio quality while maintaining compliance with company policies.

Key Responsibilities
Drive business growth for LAP/MSME loan products and achieve branch targets.
Lead and manage the sales, credit, and operations teams.
Develop customer relationships and generate current business prospects.
Monitor loan sourcing, disbursements, collections, and portfolio quality.
Ensure proper credit assessment and adherence to company policies.
Coordinate with credit, operations, and collection teams for smooth functioning.




Ensure compliance with RBI guidelines and internal processes.

Qualifications & Experience
Graduate/Postgraduate in Finance, Commerce, or a related field.
5–8 years of experience in NBFC/banking, preferably in LAP/MSME lending.
Prior experience in branch management and team handling is preferred.
