Role & Responsibilities
Provide comprehensive clinical care to patients across outpatient, inpatient, and surgical settings—including antenatal, postnatal, and gynecological surgery.
Diagnose and manage obstetric and gynecological conditions using modern diagnostic tools and evidence-based protocols.
Lead multidisciplinary teams in high-risk deliveries, emergency obstetrics, and elective surgical procedures with adherence to safety and quality standards.
Participate in resident teaching, clinical audits, and protocol development to elevate departmental standards of care.
Advocate for patient education, preventive care,



and community outreach programs to reduce maternal morbidity and mortality.
Ensure compliance with national and institutional clinical guidelines, including documentation, infection control, and informed consent protocols.

Skills & Qualifications
Must-Have
DNB/MD/DGO in Obstetrics & Gynecology
Valid NMC Registration
ACLS Certification
proficiency in operative obstetrics (C-section, forceps, vacuum)
Experience with laparoscopy and hysteroscopy
Proficiency in managing high-risk pregnancies
Preferred
Experience in maternal-fetal medicine fellowships
Published research or clinical audits in peer-reviewed journals
Fluency in regional languages for community outreach
