We are looking for a dynamic, target-driven Corporate Event Sales Manager with strong B2B sales experience and excellent client relationship management skills to drive business growth in the corporate events and venue solutions industry.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage inbound leads and generate new business through outbound sales and networking.

• Understand corporate event requirements and recommend suitable venue solutions.

• Build and maintain relationships with corporate clients, HR, Admin, Procurement teams, and event agencies.

• Drive sales targets through effective pitching, negotiations, proposals, and deal closures.

• Identify upselling, cross-selling, and repeat business prospects.

• Manage the complete sales cycle, from lead generation to final closure.

• Represent the company at exhibitions,



networking events, and corporate showcases.

• Coordinate with operations and venue teams to ensure seamless event execution and client satisfaction.

Requirements:

4–8 years of experience in B2B Sales, Corporate Sales, Event Sales, Hospitality, Venue Sales, or MICE.

Strong communication, presentation, pitching, and negotiation skills.

Proven track record of achieving sales targets.

Experience handling corporate clients and senior decision-makers.

Ability to independently manage the complete sales cycle.

Robust coordination, multitasking, and relationship-building skills.

Experience in corporate events, weddings, experiential marketing, or venue technology will be an added advantage.

A strong corporate client network is highly preferred.
