Job Summary

We are looking for a motivated and target-oriented Sales Executive to identify recent business opportunities, develop customer relationships, promote company products or services, and achieve sales targets. The ideal candidate should have valuable communication, negotiation, and customer-handling skills.

Key Responsibilities
Identify and develop new business opportunities through cold calling, field visits, referrals, and networking.
Generate leads and convert prospects into customers.
Build and maintain robust relationships with existing and potential clients.
Explain company products or services and provide suitable solutions to customers.
Prepare quotations, sales proposals, and commercial offers.
Negotiate pricing, terms, and conditions to close sales deals.
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Follow up with customers regarding enquiries, orders, payments, and feedback.




Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery of products or services.
Maintain customer databases, sales reports, and daily activity records.
Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer requirements.

Required Skills
Good verbal and written communication skills.
Strong negotiation, persuasion, and presentation skills.
Customer relationship management and lead-generation skills.
Ability to achieve sales targets and work independently.
Basic knowledge of MS Excel, MS Office, and CRM tools.
Good problem-solving and time-management abilities.

Educational Qualification
Any bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Commerce, or a related field.
Freshers may be considered based on communication skills and sales aptitude.

Experience
Preferred experience: 1–5 years in sales, marketing, business development, or customer relationship management.
Experience in B2B sales, field sales, or industrial sales is an added advantage.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
