Roles & Responsibilities
Analyse market dynamics, pricing strategies, and customer economics to support commercial decisions.
Evaluate commercial deals and assess their financial impact, profitability, and business viability.
Develop financial models and provide insights to support pricing and business planning.
Partner with non-finance stakeholders to provide commercial and financial guidance.
Identify opportunities to improve profitability, optimise costs, and enhance commercial performance.
Communicate financial analysis, recommendations, and business risks to management.
Support business decisions while ensuring compliance with applicable legal and regulatory requirements.

Requisites
CA or CS qualification with relevant experience in commercial finance.
Solid commercial acumen and understanding of pricing, market dynamics,



and customer economics.
Excellent financial modelling, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
Proactive, self-driven approach with effective progress reporting.
Robust organisational and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritise competing demands.
Innovative mindset with the ability to develop practical solutions within regulatory and legislative requirements.
Qualified, confident, and effective in building relationships with diverse stakeholders.
Ability to drive change, influence stakeholders, and manage conflict or resistance.
