ViveraOne (Vivera One Pvt Ltd) provides in-person caregiving for elderly clients at home across Delhi NCR. We're building our first care team in Gurgaon and are looking for certified, experienced GDAs who care for every client with patience and respect.

Salary: ₹20,000 per month
Location: Gurgaon (client homes + ViveraOne office)
Shifts: A mix of 6, 12 and 24-hour (live-in) duties at client homes. Between assignments, you'll be based at our office. For live-in duties, the family provides meals and a place to rest.
Training: On-the-job training in ViveraOne's care standards and processes.
Travel: Travel to and from client homes is at your own cost.

What you'll do
Assist clients with bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting and other daily activities
Provide feeding assistance and comfort support
Help with mobility, positioning and transfers as per the care plan and your training
Help clients take medicines as confirmed by the family (you will not identify or choose medicines)
Maintain hygiene, cleanliness and infection-control standards




Observe and report any change in the client's condition to the nurse or coordination team
Keep daily records and follow assigned schedules
Respect each client's dignity, privacy, independence and preferences
Offer companionship and general-care support

Please note: A GDA is a support role. It does not include nursing procedures and does not replace a registered nurse. Cooking and cleaning are also outside this role.

What we're looking for
Recognised GDA certification (mandatory)
Prior experience in hospital care, home care or elder care (mandatory)
Sound knowledge of personal hygiene, secure patient handling and infection control
Positive communication, patience, reliability and a respectful approach
Comfortable with adaptable shifts, including 24-hour live-in duties
Willing to complete background verification (identity, criminal record, education, employment and references)

Pay: Up to ₹20,000.00 per month
