What You’ll Do
Make outbound calls to prospective students using company-provided leads.
Understand students’ study abroad and immigration interests.
Introduce our services and share basic information about available opportunities.
Follow up with interested students and schedule counselling appointments.
Update customer information, call details, and follow-ups in our CRM.
Coordinate with the sales and counselling teams to ensure effective follow-ups.
Work towards assigned calling and conversion targets.

What We’re Looking For




Excellent communication skills in English and Malayalam.
A confident, friendly, and persuasive communication style.
Good listening, interpersonal, and follow-up skills.
Basic knowledge of MS Office and CRM tools is an advantage.
A positive attitude, willingness to learn, and a target-oriented mindset.
Freshers and experienced candidates are welcome to apply!
