HR Intern

Job Description:

We are looking for an enthusiastic and motivated HR Intern to join our team. The candidate will assist with recruitment, candidate sourcing, interview scheduling, and other HR activities.

Responsibilities:
Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, and other platforms.
Screen resumes and shortlist suitable candidates.
Schedule interviews and coordinate with candidates and hiring managers.
Follow up with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
Assist with onboarding and HR documentation.
Maintain recruitment trackers and candidate databases.
Support day-to-day HR operations.

Requirements:




Valuable communication and interpersonal skills.
Basic knowledge of recruitment and HR processes.
Familiarity with MS Excel and Google Sheets.
Willingness to learn and a proactive attitude.
Freshers and candidates pursuing or holding a degree in HR, Management, or a related field can apply.

Note: This is a 6-month internship with a stipend of ₹10,000 per month. Full time employment opportunities may be offered based on performance.

Pay: ₹8,000.00 - ₹10,000.00 per month
