Qualification: ITI / Diploma in Mechanical Engineering
Experience: 1 to 5+ Years
Key Responsibilities
Operate Vertical Turning Lathe (VTL) machines as per production requirements.
Perform component loading, unloading, and basic machine setting.
Read and understand engineering drawings and dimensional tolerances.
Monitor machining operations and cutting tool performance.
Inspect components using suitable measuring instruments.
Ensure component quality and achieve daily production targets.
Identify machining issues and report abnormalities to the supervisor.
Maintain machine cleanliness and follow 5S and safety practices.
Required Skills
Knowledge of VTL machine operation and machining processes.
Ability to read engineering drawings.
Knowledge of cutting tools and machining parameters.
Familiarity with Vernier calipers, micrometers, and other measuring instruments.
Willingness to work in rotational shifts.
Salary: As per experience and company standards.
Pay: ₹17,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
