Job Overview
We are looking for an experienced Dispatch Executive with a background in US logistics or freight brokerage. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in dispatch calling, carrier onboarding, and carrier sales, along with robust communication and negotiation skills.
Key Responsibilities
Perform dispatch calling to coordinate loads, drivers, and carriers.
Handle carrier onboarding, including collecting and verifying carrier documents.
Manage carrier sales activities and develop relationships with carriers.
Contact carriers to negotiate rates and secure capacity for available loads.
Coordinate with carriers and dispatch teams to ensure timely pickups and deliveries.
Follow up on load status, shipment updates, and delivery schedules.
Maintain accurate records of carrier details,
load information, and dispatch activities.
Build and maintain strong professional relationships with carriers.
Ensure effective communication and timely resolution of dispatch-related issues.
Required Experience & Skills
Minimum 6 months to 1 year of relevant experience in US logistics or Dispatcher.
Hands-on experience in Dispatch Calling, Carrier Onboarding, and Carrier Sales is mandatory.
Positive communication, negotiation, and relationship-management skills.
Knowledge of load booking, carrier coordination, and shipment tracking.
Ability to work in a fast-paced workplace and meet operational targets.
Willingness to work in US shifts.
