Build and maintain relationships with influencers, creators and talent networks.
Identify, research and shortlist influencers and content creators relevant to brand requirements.
Manage outreach, campaign discussions, negotiations, follow-ups and collaborations.
Develop and maintain a database or pipeline of potential creators.
Coordinate campaign deliverables, content timelines and creator communication.
Track influencer campaign performance, engagement and deliverables.
Research emerging creators, industry trends and potential brand ambassadors.
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth execution of influencer campaigns.

Required Skills
3–5 years of experience in influencer marketing, creator partnerships, talent outreach or campaign coordination.
Solid communication, negotiation and relationship-building skills.
Understanding of influencer platforms, social media trends and creator ecosystems.
Excellent follow-up, coordination and organisational abilities.
Ability to work independently, take initiative and manage multiple creator relationships.

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹66,666.00 per month
