We are looking for a creative and result-driven Digital Marketing Specialist with solid experience in paid advertising, lead generation, and digital growth.

Key Responsibilities
Meta & Google Ads (High Priority)
Run, manage, analyze, and optimize lead generation campaigns.
Improve lead quality, reduce Cost Per Lead (CPL), and maximize ROI.
Conduct A/B testing, audience targeting, and campaign optimization.
WhatsApp Community Growth
Develop strategies to attract new community members.
Plan engagement activities to keep the community active.
Increase community participation and retention.
Webinar Marketing
Drive webinar registrations through paid and organic marketing.
Implement strategies to increase actual webinar attendance.
Social Media Management
Manage Instagram, Facebook, and other social media pages.
Plan, create, schedule, and publish engaging content.
Stay updated with trends and improve reach and engagement.
LinkedIn Management




Manage company LinkedIn pages and create skilled content.
Increase followers, engagement, brand visibility, and leads.
Analytics & Reporting
Track campaign performance, leads, conversions, and social media growth.
Prepare reports and suggest improvements.

Requirements
2–4 years of relevant digital marketing experience.
Solid hands-on expertise in Meta Ads and Google Ads is mandatory.
Proven experience in lead generation and campaign optimization.
Knowledge of social media marketing, content creation, and community growth.
Creative, analytical, and result-oriented mindset.
Experience in finance/fintech marketing is a plus.
