Job Title: Store Order Fulfillment Associate

Job Responsibilities:
Coordinate and follow up on customer orders to ensure timely delivery.
Communicate with designers, production, dispatch, and internal teams.
Maintain order records using MS Excel and MS Word.
Ensure accurate packaging, labeling, and dispatch of orders.
Track production status and resolve order-related issues.
Ensure all customer orders are shipped on time.

Requirements:
1–3 years of experience in order fulfillment, production, dispatch, merchandising, or retail operations.
Background in Fashion, Apparel, Garments, or Retail is preferred.
Positive communication and email writing skills.
Proficiency in MS Excel and MS Word.
Robust coordination, follow-up, and organizational skills.

Preferred Candidates:
Experience in fashion retail, garment production, merchandising, or order management.
