3. Key Responsibilities
Drive sales growth and expand the dealer and distributor network.
Identify and develop new business prospects across the assigned territory.
Establish and maintain robust relationships with dealers, distributors, customers, and other key stakeholders.
Conduct regular field visits to generate leads, develop new accounts, and follow up on sales enquiries.
Achieve assigned sales targets and contribute to overall business growth.
Compensation
Fixed Salary: ₹25,000–₹30,000 per month.
Performance Incentives: Additional incentives based on sales performance.
