Key Responsibilities
Plan and develop international tour packages, including itineraries, hotels, transfers and sightseeing activities.
Coordinate with international tour operators, Destination Management Companies (DMCs), hotels and transport providers.
Request quotations, negotiate supplier rates and prepare package cost sheets.
Manage hotel reservations, room allocations, airport transfers and activity bookings.
Prepare detailed itineraries, travel vouchers, booking confirmations and tour documents.
Research destinations, travel trends and current experiences to develop attractive holiday packages.
Coordinate all operational arrangements for group departures and customised tours.




Maintain supplier relationships and ensure bookings are confirmed on time.
Support the sales and marketing team with package details, pricing and customer enquiries.
Resolve booking issues and last-minute changes efficiently.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
