Key Responsibilities
Provide production support for the Okta Workforce Identity and Access Management (WIAM) platform.
Manage user onboarding, offboarding, and lifecycle activities.
Configure and troubleshoot Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA).
Handle password resets, account recovery, and access-related issues.
Analyze Okta system logs and troubleshoot login and authentication failures.
Understand and support Okta Global Session Policies and Application Sign-On Policies.
Monitor authentication issues and coordinate with engineering and security teams.
Handle IAM support tickets and meet operational SLAs.
Assist with application onboarding and identity integrations.
Support SCIM provisioning and user lifecycle management.
Maintain technical documentation and follow IAM security best practices.
