Job Description:
Generate leads for personal loans, business loans, home loans, and LAP.
Acquire current customers through field sales, referrals, and direct marketing.
Explain loan products, eligibility criteria, interest rates, and repayment terms.
Collect and verify customer documents for loan processing.
Achieve monthly sales targets and maintain solid customer relationships.
Required Candidate Profile:
Any graduate preferred.
Experience in banking, NBFC, or loan sales is an advantage.
Positive communication, negotiation, and customer-handling skills.
Willingness to work in field sales and achieve targets.
Two-wheeler and valid driving licence preferred.
