Housekeeping Supervisor – Roles and Responsibilities
Supervise housekeeping staff and allocate daily duties.
Ensure cleanliness and hygiene throughout the hospital.
Monitor cleaning of patient rooms, wards, ICU, OT, OPD, and washrooms.
Ensure proper cleaning and disinfection procedures are followed.
Monitor staff attendance, punctuality, uniforms, and ID cards.
Maintain daily duty rosters and housekeeping checklists.
Ensure proper biomedical waste segregation and disposal as per hospital policy.
Monitor the availability and usage of cleaning materials and chemicals.
Train housekeeping staff on infection control, hygiene, and safety procedures.
Conduct regular inspections and submit daily reports to the HR Manager / Operations Manager.
Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
