Role Overview

We are looking for a proactive and target-oriented Pre-Sales Executive with strong

communication skills and an interest in sales. The candidate will be responsible for

generating and qualifying leads, connecting with potential customers, understanding

their requirements, and scheduling product demonstrations for the sales team.

Key Responsibilities
Generate and qualify leads through cold calling, email outreach, and other channels.
Connect with potential customers across the India and Dubai markets.
Understand customer requirements and introduce relevant Leadrat CRM solutions.
Explain product features and benefits to prospective customers.
Schedule product demonstrations and meetings for the sales team.
Maintain accurate lead details, follow-ups, and sales activities in the CRM.
Follow up with prospects and nurture leads throughout the sales process.
Coordinate with the sales team to improve lead conversion rates.
Achieve assigned lead generation, outreach, and meeting targets.

Requirements
1–4 years of experience in pre-sales,



inside sales, lead generation, or a similar role.
Excellent verbal communication skills in English; Hindi is an added advantage.
Experience in cold calling, prospecting, lead qualification, and follow-ups.
Familiarity with CRM tools and sales processes.
Experience in SaaS or the real estate industry is an added advantage.
Robust interpersonal skills and the ability to engage with potential customers.
Self-motivated, organised, and comfortable working towards targets.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
