Chams Branding Solutions, a leading advertising agency, is looking for a Client Relations Executive to support our sales team and ensure smooth internal processes and client coordination. This role is ideal for organized, detail-oriented individuals who enjoy working in a rapid-paced workplace.

Key Responsibilities
Prepare proposals, quotations, presentations, and other sales documents
Follow up with clients, handle inquiries, and support the sales team in closing deals
Assist in achieving sales targets through coordination, follow-ups, and lead tracking
Maintain accurate client records, contracts, and sales activities in CRM
Generate sales reports, performance updates, and forecasts
Support invoicing, scheduling, and general administrative tasks




Help streamline and improve internal sales processes

Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
Robust organizational and multitasking skills
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Good communication and follow-up skills
Familiarity with CRM tools is an advantage
Interest in advertising/marketing industry preferred
Willingness to contribute to sales performance and target achievement

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
