Job Summary

The Procurement Manager is responsible for developing and implementing procurement strategies, managing supplier relationships, negotiating commercial terms, controlling purchasing costs, and ensuring the timely availability of quality materials and services. The role focuses on cost optimization, supplier performance, inventory planning, and compliance with company policies.
Key Responsibilities

Procurement Strategy and Planning
Develop and implement procurement strategies aligned with business objectives.
Plan purchasing activities based on operational requirements, budgets, and inventory levels.
Establish procurement policies, procedures, and approval workflows.
Identify prospects for cost reduction and process improvement.

Vendor and Supplier Management
Identify, evaluate, negotiate with, and approve suitable suppliers.
Build and maintain long-term relationships with key vendors.




Conduct supplier performance evaluations and periodic reviews.
Manage supplier contracts, payment terms, delivery schedules, and service-level agreements.
Resolve supplier disputes, quality issues, and delivery delays.

Purchase and Commercial Management
Review purchase requisitions and approve purchase orders within delegated authority.
Obtain and evaluate quotations, tenders, and commercial proposals.
Lead price negotiations and prepare commercial comparison statements.
Ensure purchases meet quality, cost, delivery, and specification requirements.
Monitor market trends, price fluctuations, and material availability.

Cost Control and Budget Management
Develop and monitor procurement budgets.
Achieve cost savings through negotiation, strategic sourcing, and supplier consolidation.
Track purchase expenditure

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
