Job Description – Warehouse Sampling Executive

Job Responsibilities
Manage and maintain tile sample stock at the warehouse.
Ensure proper identification, labelling and coding of tile samples.
Maintain daily records of sample inward, outward, issuance and returns.
Coordinate with showroom and sales teams for sample requirements.
Conduct regular physical verification of sample inventory.
Ensure samples are properly packed, stored and arranged.
Monitor damaged, missing and misplaced samples and report discrepancies.
Coordinate with logistics and warehouse teams for timely sample dispatch.
Maintain Excel records and daily sampling reports.
Ensure proper housekeeping and systematic sample management.

Required Skills
Basic knowledge of warehouse operations and inventory management.
Valuable command of MS Excel and data entry.
Robust coordination and record-keeping skills.
Attention to detail and responsibility.
Ability to manage stock records and physical verification.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
