Job Title: Architect

Key Responsibilities
Prepare architectural drawings, layouts, and construction documentation.
Review and coordinate architectural, structural, and MEP drawings.
Coordinate with clients, consultants, contractors, and subcontractors to ensure smooth project execution.
Monitor project progress and resolve design- and site-related issues.
Prepare Bills of Quantities (BOQs), material specifications, and project reports.
Ensure compliance with project standards, building codes, and quality requirements.

Required Skills
Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, and Microsoft Office.
Knowledge of Building Information Modeling (BIM) is an added advantage.
Robust understanding of construction methods, building materials, and finishing works.
Excellent communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.

Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Architecture (B.Arch).
Freshers or candidates with up to 1 year of experience are welcome to apply.

Salary
₹25,000 – ₹60,000 per month

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
