We are looking for a motivated and communication-focused Tele Counsellor / Academic Counsellor to guide students and prospective learners regarding courses, admissions, and career opportunities. The candidate will be responsible for converting enquiries into admissions through effective counselling and follow-ups.

Key Responsibilities
Handle inbound and outbound calls with prospective students.
Understand students' academic and career requirements.
Provide accurate information about courses, programs, fees, and admission processes.
Counsel students and parents and recommend suitable programs.
Follow up regularly with leads and maintain proper records.
Convert qualified leads into admissions/enrollments.
Achieve monthly admission and revenue targets.
Maintain skilled communication with students and parents.




Coordinate with the admission and academic teams when required.
Update daily calling, follow-up, and conversion reports.

Required Skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Positive convincing and counselling abilities.
Robust follow-up and lead-conversion skills.
Basic knowledge of MS Office/CRM.
Target-oriented and self-motivated.
Ability to handle students and parents professionally.
