: QA Executive – Vendor Qualification

Job Description / Roles & Responsibilities:
Vendor evaluation, qualification, approval, and requalification.
Review and verification of vendor documents, certificates, and quality records.
Coordination with vendors for required documents and compliance.
Preparation, review, and maintenance of Vendor Qualification SOPs and records.
Maintain the Approved Vendor List (AVL).
Coordinate with the QA, QC, Purchase, and Warehouse departments.
Ensure vendor compliance with applicable GMP requirements and company SOPs.
Maintain proper documentation and records for audits and regulatory inspections.
Follow up on vendor audits, corrective actions, and compliance requirements, as applicable.

Required Skills:




Knowledge of Pharmaceutical Quality Assurance (QA).
Experience in Vendor Qualification and Documentation.
Knowledge of GMP, GDP, and pharmaceutical quality systems.
Valuable documentation, communication, and coordination skills.

Preferred Experience: Candidates with experience in Tablet, Capsule, and Ointment Manufacturing Plants will be preferred.

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
