Job Summary

Coordinate vehicle placement and transportation schedules to meet customer movement requirements.

Key Responsibilities
Collect transport requirements and coordinate suitable vehicle placement with approved transporters.
Confirm pickup, route and delivery instructions with drivers and branch teams.
Track vehicle arrival, loading, departure and delivery milestones.
Follow up on vehicle shortages, transit delays and missed appointments.
Maintain transporter follow-up records, trip details and pending movement lists.

Qualifications & Experience

Graduate preferred. Relevant experience in logistics,



transportation or the role’s core function is preferred. Candidates should be comfortable managing time-sensitive follow-ups and maintaining accurate records.

Skills

Vehicle coordination, transporter follow-up, route awareness, scheduling and Excel.
